Classes

We offer classes for every level and ability, with each class capped at 24 people. Spots in classes must be reserved.

Gymnastics, Weightlifting and Competition Training classes are available to members with an Unlimited membership.

 
 

CrossFit

Monday to Friday
All day

Saturdays
8:30am & 9:35am

These classes incorporate elements of strength, metabolic conditioning and core training, giving you a complete workout all within 60 minutes.

Gymnastics

Tuesday
6:35pm

Coached by Mark, these classes are customised to suit athletes of all levels. There is a focus on core strength, as well as the application of body tension into CrossFit based gymnastics movements.

Weightlifting

Thursday
6:35pm

These classes focus on movements and drills designed to improve all components of Weightlifting.

Competition Training

Saturday
7:00am (arrive 6:30am to warm up)

Coached by Adrien, this class specifically aims to prepare our members for a competitive level of CrossFit across all age groups and levels.
